John Edmondson qualified as a Solicitor on 15th March 1975 after completing two years training contract (then known as Articles of Association) with Mellor & Jackson from February 1973 to February 1975.

He has practised in many aspects of the law but for the past 15 years has specialised in residential and commercial property conveyancing transfer and leasing. He was president of the Oldham Law Association in 1997 and is currently a member of the Law Society Conveyancing and Land Law Sub-Committee.
